Who We Are

NEON specializes in helping parents of all backgrounds find sustainable employment in the career field of their choosing. We strive to provide solutions to individuals who may have barriers that prevent them from gaining long-term employment.



At NEON our approach is individualized with job-specific, skills-based training. We provide our participants with employment counseling, job readiness training, financial education, resume building, and support while entering the workforce.

Who You Are

A non-custodial does not have the physical custody over their child/children. This does not mean that the parent does not have legal custody and certain visitation rights over their child, the non-custodial parent simply has limited rights due to a court order.
